A new portal that will make placing and tracking Prepaid Ticket and bulk gift card orders easier than ever is coming soon! Please take a moment and register your account in the new system to avoid any delays once the change occurs. Give the gift of movies with a Cinemark Prepaid Ticket. Each Prepaid Ticket card is a voucher that permits the redeemer to see the movie of their choice at any Cinemark theatre. The perfect bulk purchase—great for large group bookings, giveaways and more. The Cinemark Prepaid Ticket shares the basic function of existing Platinum Supersavers prepaid admission cards. Platinum Supersavers cards that have already been purchased but have not yet been redeemed will continue to be honored at Cinemark theatres, even as the Cinemark Prepaid Ticket will ultimately replace Platinum Supersavers.

Additional premiums may be applied for specially priced ﬁlms and/or events which are priced higher than normal box ofﬁce ticket pricing. May be redeemed at any participating Cinemark Theatre nationwide and does not have an expiration date. Present at box ofﬁce. This ticket is non-refundable. Not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.

Policy

Prepaid Tickets are non-refundable. Cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or equivalent. Minimum purchase quantity of 50 per Prepaid Tickets per order and in increments of 10 after (60, 70, 80, 90….etc.) No restrictions or expiration date. Customer responsible for additional fees associated with special engagements or upgrades. May be redeemed at all U.S. Cinemark theatres. Cinemark brands include Cinemark, Century Theatres, CinéArts, Rave and Tinseltown. Orders received Monday through Wednesday after 3pm CT will be shipped the following business day. Orders received after Thursday 3pm CT through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Theatre Age Policy

No Children Under Age 6 Will Be Admitted To Any R-Rated Feature After 6:00 PM. Valid IDs will be required to attend Rated "R" movies. You must be at least 17 years of age or have your parent accompany you to view the movie. IDs will be checked at the theatre.
