Q: What are the Play All May offers and how can I participate?
A: Between Thursday, 5/6 – Wednesday, 5/26, 2021 Cinemark Movie Rewards members can participate in 3 member-exclusive challenges. To participate, log into your rewards account, select the challenge(s) you would like to participate in and purchase the required items. Be sure to scan your Cinemark Movie Rewards member QR code at checkout in theatre to track purchases to qualify. Once the purchase(s) have been made, the rewards will automatically unlock. Make sure to redeem the reward by Wednesday, May 26 so that it will be available to use from your Cinemark Movie Rewards account.
Q: I’m not a Cinemark Movie Rewards member but would like to participate in the challenges. How can I participate?
A: Our Cinemark Movie Rewards challenges do require a member account, but don’t worry – you can sign up for here for free.
Q:How do I unlock my reward?
A:Make the qualifying purchases for the challenge(s) at the concession stand from Thursday, 5/6 – Wednesday, 5/26 and scan your Cinemark Movie Rewards member QR code at checkout. Once the purchase(s) have been made, the reward will unlock. Make sure to redeem the reward by Wednesday, May 26 so it will be loaded into your account.
Q: How do I redeem my reward?
A: Once your reward has been redeemed, your reward will display under “Your Rewards” and will be ready to use on your next visit. To use the reward(s), simply open your account, go to “Your Rewards”, click on the reward you would like to use and show the code at checkout. Movie Ticket credits will apply automatically online with your next ticket purchase, concession items must be purchased in the theatre.
Q: Do my rewards have an expiration date?
A: Yes, redeemed rewards will expire on Wednesday, 6/30/21.
Q: How do I use my redeemed reward(s)?
A: After the reward(s) have unlocked in your Cinemark Movie Rewards account, you can redeem them to your account by clicking “REDEEM” by Wednesday, May 26. Now your reward(s) will display under “Your Rewards” and are ready to use on your next visit.
Q: I made the qualifying purchases before the promotion; do I still get the reward?
A: Unfortunately, no. The required items to purchase for the challenges need to be purchased between Thursday, 5/6 – Wednesday, 5/26 to qualify for the rewards.
Q: I made the qualifying purchases, but my rewards did not unlock, what do I do?
A: To receive the reward, you need to assure your membership ID (QR code) is scanned during checkout in theatre or you log into your account when making the purchase online. Please contact our team at cinemark.com/contact-us or call us at 1-800-CINEMARK and we’ll be happy to assist you.
